Filing A Complaint

The procedures for filing a complaint are as follows:

File a complaint by post:
Download and print a complaint form, complete it, and mail it to
Office of the Ombudsman
Private Bag 13211
Windhoek, Namibia.

File a complaint telephonically:
Please call 061 207-3111 Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00

File a complaint in person:
Come to our office at the corner of Felt and Lossen Street in Windhoek and file a complaint in person. If you are from the South you can always visit our offices at Keetmanshoop.

File a complaint by fax:
Download the complaint form, print and complete it, and fax it to 061 226-838.
