File a complaint telephonically:
Please call 061 207-3111 Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00
File a complaint in person:
Come to our office at the corner of Robert Mugabe Avenue & Fidel Castro Street in Windhoek and file a complaint in person.
File a complaint by fax:
Download the complaint form, print and complete it, and fax it to 061 226-838.
